<ol><li data-list="bullet">You will be primarily responsible for calling a specific number of qualified leads per month for the buying and selling of homes</li><li data-list="bullet">Communicating with owners of houses that Ivy Homes is evaluating</li><li data-list="bullet">Virtually showcasing our apartments to prospective buyers and help Sales team in closing transactions</li><li data-list="bullet">Executing data gathering and logging data promptly on CRM.</li><li data-list="bullet">Generating dashboards and reports from CRM to share with stakeholders.</li><li data-list="bullet">Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential sellers and buyers.</li><li data-list="bullet">In-depth understanding of and coordination with the Operations team for Home Inspections&nbsp;</li><li data-list="bullet">Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.</li><li data-list="bullet">Staying informed about competing products and services.</li><li data-list="bullet">Helping close sales and achieving monthly targets with the Sales and BD team.</li></ol>
