Pricing, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Pricing Policy:

1. Payment Processing

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that your payment will be charged and processed by Ivy homes. You authorize Ivy homes to charge your designated payment method for all fees due at the time of ordering.

2. Booking Deposit

Upon confirmation of your property selection and acceptance of these terms, a booking deposit equal to 1% of the Total Sale Value ( “Booking Deposit”) is due immediately. This deposit secures your property booking

3. Fee Modifications

Ivy homes reserves the right to change or modify its fees at any time. Any such changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately without further notice.

Refund Policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds for token payments on properties only in specific cases, such as non-receipt of confirmation, significant discrepancies in property details, or other valid issues as outlined in our terms and conditions.

2. Time Frame

If your case is deemed valid, we will process your refund within 7 business working days. The refund will be credited to the original method of payment used during the purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details and the reason for the request. Our team will review your case and communicate the decision to you.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Please note that certain conditions, such as change of mind, minor defects that do not significantly impact the use of the product or service, or issues arising due to misuse, will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation Policy:

1. General Policy

As a general rule, we do not allow cancellations once an order is placed. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully before confirmation.

2. Special Circumstances

However, we understand that there may be exceptional situations. In such cases, cancellation may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a cancellation, contact our customer service team with your order details and the specific reasons for the cancellation.

3. Cancellation Process

If your cancellation request is approved, we will process it promptly. If any payment has been made, the amount will be refunded according to our refund policy.

4. Limitations

Please be aware that requests for cancellation must be made within a specified time frame from the order date. Requests made beyond this time frame may not be eligible for consideration.
