No, we aren’t. We buy the house ourselves. This enables you to sell your client’s home in just 2 weeks. We refurbish the property and further sell it. We work with brokers while buying and selling apartments.
Buying - Ivy Homes’ proprietary technology helps quickly evaluate any apartment for sale in Bangalore. We need basic information about apartments to offer our buying price to homeowners. Once our offer is ready, we connect with the sellers to offer the price range and explain our end to end process. If our offer is accepted, we do an inspection and align on final price and payment terms with the sellers. We further do a registered Sale Agreement (ATS) with the sellers which gives us the right to refurbish and sell the apartment further.
We give 1% brokerage while buying the apartments and 2% brokerage while selling the apartments.
Channel Partner agreement KYC documents - Aadhar and PAN Card Account details to process brokerage with a cancelled cheque.
Since we buy and sell resale apartments only, as per current regulations RERA registration is not required to work with Ivy Homes. We also work only on apartment buildings which have received OC where RERA isn’t applicable.
